Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for product application and integration in manufacturing environments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing processes, automation, or industrial machinery.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical explanations and customer interaction.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific industrial automation platforms (e.g., PLC, HMI, SCADA) or robotics programming.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct technical training for customers or develop comprehensive user documentation.
• Experience with Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions or data analytics in a manufacturing context.
