Overview
Registered Nurse – Mother Baby in Marshall, Michigan. Start date 06/01/2026. Travel assignment for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,055-$2,076 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Setting: hospital-based Mother Baby unit.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for laboring mothers, delivery (newborn care at delivery), and postpartum mothers, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Apply all phases of the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and supervise the nursing patient care team, typically including CNAs, LPNs, and other techs.
- Collaborate with the patient care team and other disciplines to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care, conditions, reactions and responses to treatment in a timely and accurate manner; track patient progress.
- Support families with education, discharge planning, and post-delivery care to promote positive outcomes for both moms and babies.

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license or ability to obtain licensure.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of Birthing Center experience (laboring patients, delivery, postpartum) – REQUIRED.
- Experience with laboring patients, delivery, and postpartum care – REQUIRED.
- NRP certification preferred; if not currently certified, willingness to obtain.
- Prior travel assignment experience preferred.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Michigan.
