Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to gather market intelligence and align forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and external factors to refine demand plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify significant deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve future predictions.
• Provide key demand inputs for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Manage demand planning software tools and ensure data integrity within the forecasting system.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) planning by generating initial demand forecasts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with advanced forecasting software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, JDA) and strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL or advanced data manipulation tools (e.g., Python for data analysis).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with advanced planning systems such as SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or Kinaxis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
