Salary Range: $86,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets, controlling costs related to parts, labor, and external services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
• Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts inventory to ensure critical component availability.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruption.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and facility systems.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis for maintenance optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing, developing, and motivating maintenance teams.
• Thorough understanding of industrial safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced CMMS implementation or optimization projects.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, predictive analytics, automation).
