Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Manage inventory levels across the supply chain to minimize holding costs while ensuring continuous production.
• Direct logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of finished goods.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics optimization.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
