Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Analyze equipment failures, implement root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in CMMS implementation and optimizing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
