Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control and assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Establish and monitor supplier quality performance and standards.
• Ensure products and processes comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficient in the application of core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, Lean Six Sigma).
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with implementing or optimizing Electronic Quality Management Systems (EQMS)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process improvement
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) designation or equivalent lead auditor experience
