Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks through data analysis and observation.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
• Establish metrics, track performance, and report on the ROI of CI initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Standardize processes and best practices to ensure sustainable gains.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED) and statistical process control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience leveraging data to drive impactful change.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced CI methodologies such as Shingo Model, Theory of Constraints, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) beyond basic implementation.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python/R) for process optimization and predictive insights.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience integrating digital transformation initiatives (e.g., IoT, automation) with continuous improvement efforts.
