Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC and HMI/SCADA programs for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues, including electrical, software, and network problems.
• Integrate new control systems and equipment with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
• Specify, design, and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
• Lead the commissioning and startup of new machinery and production lines.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for control systems and programming.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA system design, development, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with industrial robotics, motion control, or machine vision systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA/MES systems integration.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis or custom tool development.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
