Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage and optimize cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial insights.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational decision-making and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a Controller or senior accounting role within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) within manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial analysis.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) in a global manufacturing context.
