Overview
KIRCO is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a critical, high-impact role that blends executive-level business support with select personal assistance, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and judgment.
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who thrives on anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations with minimal direction.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling for the President & CEO
- Coordinate business and personal travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries
- Serve as a primary gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, and executive materials
- Support special projects, events, and operational initiatives
- Oversee select personal responsibilities including bill pay, scheduling, and property coordination
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information

- Proven experience supporting senior executives (C-suite strongly preferred)

Additional Details
- Full-time, in-person role based in Troy, MI
- Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required
