Job Description As the Motorsport Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives, event coordination, and partnership activations. You will be involved in hands-on experience in motorsport activations, trade shows, vendor communication, creative content development, and data-driven decision-making to enhance marketing strategies. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Event Coordination & Logistics- Lead early coordination efforts for motorsport activations and trade show participation.
- Assist with race event coordination and support the team with logistics.
- Support the planning and implementation of key partnership activations such as FSAE, WIMNA etc.
- Assist with marketing related topics including branded goods and team gear.
- Assist with creative design for our different working locations.
- Contribute to global and regional communications, including content production, event, and media relations.
- Support sales team on customer and dealer communication.
- Monitor and track marketing expenditures.
- Organizational / process improvements for marketing and project tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations Lead to drive internal and external projects.
- Engage with division wide collaboration to promote team alignment and unity.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a business related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Structured working approach to high quality standards.
- Able to work independently and self-driven person.
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Motorsport interest/experience preferred (Race teams, FSAE, etc)
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop solutions.
- Project Management tool experience (MS Project, Asana, Monday or others is a plus)

- A strong sense of personal accountability with demonstrable comfort in an entrepreneurial environment
- Self-disciplined, attentive to deadlines, and effective at time management
- Excellent communication skills; clearly articulate ideas in a way that resonates with your target audience
- Proficient in Excel and Business Analytics tools
- Adaptable and motivated to engage in new projects, continuous learning, and expand skillsets.
