Ideal candidates possess:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license for Michigan (SLP-CCC required)
• Demonstrated experience supporting early childhood populations in a school-based environment
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
• Please note: SLPAs and VOCO services are not eligible for these positions

In this role, you will:

• Assess and develop personalized therapy plans for early childhood students with a variety of communication needs
• Implement dynamic and engaging interventions designed to maximize student outcomes
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and provide meaningful feedback to educators and families
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and other allied health professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
