We are seeking an ERP Technical Consultant to act as a principal technical resource, focusing on the strategic customization, optimization, and advanced integration of our new ERP system and the Radius platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical expert for ERP system architecture, customization, and complex module development.
- Architect, design, and implement advanced integration patterns between the ERP, Radius, and external systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Provide expert-level consulting and technical guidance to development teams and business stakeholders on ERP capabilities and limitations.
- Lead the resolution of the most challenging technical issues, including performance bottlenecks, data integrity problems, and complex bug fixes across integrated systems.
- Define and implement enterprise-wide standards for ERP development, configuration, and data management.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives related to system upgrades, data migration, and the adoption of new ERP functionalities.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept projects for proposed ERP enhancements.
- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, driving innovation and best practices.
- Contribute significantly to training, knowledge sharing, and documentation for the broader IT team.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in ERP system development, architecture, and complex integration.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with large-scale ERP implementations and customization, specifically with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics D365, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Master-level proficiency in multiple relevant development technologies (e.g., C#, .NET, SQL, PL/SQL, X++, JavaScript for Dynamics, ABAP for SAP, SuiteScript for NetSuite).
- Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing sophisticated integration solutions using various technologies (iPaaS, middleware, APIs, EDI).
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy, define architectural guidelines, and drive complex projects to successful completion.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex system issues and devising innovative solutions.
- Strong consultative skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment with multiple strategic priorities.
- Commitment to a hybrid work model (2-3 days onsite, with potential for more as needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in multiple ERP platforms or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience with cloud-native ERP solutions and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven experience in a technical advisory or principal engineer role.
- Background in the manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution sectors.
