Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate flatbed tractor-trailers and comply with HOS and logbook requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Secure loads using chains, straps and tarps; verify weight distribution and paperwork.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and complete trip records.

Pay & Path to Ownership: Drivers earn 80% of gross (weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000). Lease-to-own in one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Kenworth, Peterbilt or Freightliner models. 24/7 support and a 90-day test drive available.
