Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
• Install and commission new manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or a related field.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and motor controls.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in welding, machining, or fabrication.
• Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Certification in a specialized area such as HVAC or refrigeration.
