Android Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Android Developer** to join our global remote team full-time.

This role is ideal for a senior or staff-level mobile engineer who can architect scalable Android applications using **Kotlin-first development**, while also contributing to cross-platform initiatives using **React Native or Flutter**.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to build secure, high-performance, and user-centric mobile applications. Our projects span industries such as fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, and emerging Web3 platforms.

### 🚀 What You’ll Do

* Architect and develop scalable Android applications using Kotlin
* Build modern UI using Jetpack Compose
* Develop cross-platform features using React Native or Flutter when required
* Implement Clean Architecture (MVVM, MVI)
* Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
* Optimize performance, memory usage, and app startup time
* Implement secure authentication (OAuth2, biometric auth, secure storage)
* Ensure compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA where applicable)
* Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane, Jenkins)
* Monitor and debug production apps using Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.
* Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
* Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development environments

### 🧠 Required Qualifications

* 6+ years of mobile development experience
* Strong expertise in Kotlin and Android SDK
* Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
* Solid understanding of scalable mobile architecture
* Experience with React Native and/or Flutter
* Experience integrating payment systems (Stripe, PayPal)
* Strong knowledge of mobile security best practices
* Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store
* Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills
* Strong English communication skills
