Duties

• Safely operate bucket trucks, cranes, and other machinery for tree trimming, pruning, and removal projects
• Perform tree care tasks including trimming, shaping, and hazard mitigation to promote healthy growth and safety
• Use rigging techniques to secure and lift heavy branches or equipment during tree work
• Drive trucks equipped with specialized tools and equipment to job sites while adhering to all safety regulations
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as lawn care, planting, and general site cleanup
• Assist with growing experience in horticulture by applying landscape maintenance best practices and plant health knowledge
• Bilingual

Skills

• Strong understanding of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and hazard assessment a plus
• Experience operating bucket trucks, bucket operation techniques, and other landscaping machinery a plus
• Knowledge of rigging procedures for lifting heavy materials safely
• Valid drivers license mandatory
• A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
• Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
