Responsibilities:

• Deliver a world-class Porsche experience from first contact to vehicle delivery.
• Build authentic, lasting relationships with clients based on trust, empathy, and an understanding of guest's needs and expectations.
• Guide clients through the custom ordering process and demonstrate detailed product knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with the Porsche team to meet individual, department and manufacturer goals.
• Master brand training and stay current on all Porsche models, technology, and features.
• Manage your client pipeline through CRM systems with accuracy and urgency.
• Coordinate with the Service, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience.

Skills Needed:

• Possess a passion for luxury automotive brands and the Porsche lifestyle.
• High EQ, empathy, and a strong ability to read and serve a high-expectation clientele.
• Polished communication and creative presentation skills - in person, on the phone, and digitally.
• A consultative, low-pressure approach to sales that prioritizes client needs.
• Relentless attention to detail.
• Previous success in high-touch sales or hospitality environments (luxury retail, fine dining, high-end services)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
