Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Address customer inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, order status, and shipping information.
• Resolve product-related issues, including defects, discrepancies, and return requests, coordinating with production and quality control teams.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of manufactured products, production capabilities, and industry standards to effectively assist customers.
• Liaise with internal departments such as production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance on product usage, assembly, or specifications as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order entry, tracking, and inquiry management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address product, order, and service-related issues efficiently.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand complex product specifications and manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and inventory management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product lifecycles, or technical specifications.
• Understanding of supply chain logistics, shipping, and delivery procedures.
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, German, or Mandarin.
