Continuous Improvement Leader | Allendale, MI
Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks across manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other problem-solving workshops.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment of gains.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma principles.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with advanced data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or simulation software.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or significant experience leading cultural transformation efforts.
- Demonstrated experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC) implementations.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in optimizing manufacturing processes.
