Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Salary: $115k-$130k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k, etc.
Requirements: 6+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, etc.

What You Will Be Doing
- Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
- Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager
- Experience on Ground-Up Projects for commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality, etc.
