Shift: 1st Shift 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.50/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler with strong blueprint reading skills to join our growing plastics manufacturing team. This role involves assembling plastic components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and production specifications.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Assemble plastic components, housings, and mechanical subassemblies
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, torque tools, and pneumatic tools
- Install hardware including fasteners, inserts, brackets, and fittings
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet dimensional and cosmetic standards
- Identify and report discrepancies or defects
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic measuring tool knowledge (calipers, tape measure, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred
