We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, coffee shop and roaster, commissary kitchen, and events & catering. With something happening every day, our work environment is a high-energy, bustling creative community that draws in thousands of locals and tourists each year.
HOMES Brewery , our beautiful Brewpub on the west side of Ann Arbor, is looking for Part Time Kitchen Prep (weekends) help to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and helping a team thrive in the kitchen.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide kitchen staff with the materials they need to produce a high-quality product quickly and efficiently
- Have excellent time management skills and work well independently
- Bring attention to detail and organization to the kitchen
Requirements
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is required
- Ability to work in high energy environment and keep the pace of the restaurant and teams
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time, ability to lift, reach, bend, carry heavy objects
- Capability to prep food as directed and follow food safety handling guides
- Availability 9am - 5pm; Saturday & Sunday, occasionally a weekday or two
- Being a dependable team player
