Barista / Front of House Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Barista / FOH Manager who can lead the front of house while jumping behind the bar when needed. This is a hybrid leadership + service role — perfect for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and café menu items
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during shifts
- Set the tone for warm, efficient, and consistent customer service
- Train new baristas and coach team members
- Manage daily opening/closing procedures and shift operations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health & safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering as needed
- Support promotions, seasonal menus, and community events
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years café, coffee shop, or hospitality experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong espresso and drink preparation skills
- Friendly, calm, and confident under pressure
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Reliable, organized, and solutions-focused
- Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays
