Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Manage, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control expenditures.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales departments to ensure seamless material flow and product delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
• Proficient in production planning, inventory management, quality control, and supply chain optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational issues and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
