Customer Specialist - Outbound
⭐ About the Role
We are a family-owned, fast‑growing organization looking for an energetic, positive, and customer‑focused Customer Specialist to join our outbound calling team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who brings great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be engaging with former customers across 24 locations, supporting service needs, scheduling technicians, and helping drive business during a busy and exciting season.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Onsite
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day to former customers
- Support 2–3 assigned locations at a time
- Handle service requests, including some warm transfers
- Monitor and respond to service tickets quickly to ensure excellent customer care
- Schedule service technicians and coordinate daily routes
- Assist walk‑in customers and provide immediate support
- Learn product knowledge in order to confidently answer customer questions
- Work through daily task lists and contribute ideas for improving processes

- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of professional work experience (customer service or call center preferred)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TROY, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
