What You'll Do

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
• Guide children's behavior with patience, positivity, and care
• Support each child's unique needs through inclusive and individualized attention
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and transitions
• Monitor and document developmental progress
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's day and growth
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain structure and consistency

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or similar setting
• Willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a state-required background check
• Understanding of early childhood development

Preferred (for Lead Teachers):

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA credential
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (no evenings or weekends)
• Pay: $14.50-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

*Final rate depends on verified education, credentials, and childcare-related experience

• Probationary Period: 60 days or less, depending on performance.
