Occupational Therapist (Canton)

Inspire Autism is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric occupational therapy services for young children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This full-time, clinic-based role focuses on early intervention for children under 6 and offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

The OT will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team that also includes Occupational Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs, fostering growth and development.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and SLPs to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's therapy journey.
• Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Engage with families to provide guidance and support, empowering them to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and any changes in treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
• Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in pediatric occupational therapy to continually enhance your practice.

• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy, particularly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including BCBAs and SLPs.
