Salary Range: $120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation, control, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators.
• Establish and enforce strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and cost reduction initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience with multi-site or global manufacturing operations.
• Advanced cost modeling expertise (e.g., activity-based costing, granular product line profitability analysis).
