Partners In Staffing is currently hiring for a Seasonal Material Handler / Landscaping Support role to support a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps projects moving.
Starting Pay: $22 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
- Load, unload, and transport materials such as insulation, metal, tools, and supplies
- Stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment safely
- Support inventory control and restocking
- Package, label, and prepare materials for delivery
- Assist with job site cleanup and debris removal
- Provide landscaping support around job sites and facilities
- Support special projects and general labor tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred
- This role is very hands-on and includes significant landscaping support, so candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with good communication skills
- Safety-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
