Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations and production schedules.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabrication technicians.
• Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality specifications and standards.
• Implement and maintain safe working practices within the fabrication area.
• Optimize fabrication processes and workflows for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering and production planning for seamless project execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in various fabrication techniques (welding, cutting, forming).
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, lean manufacturing principles, and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate, set up, and troubleshoot a wide range of fabrication equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and train team members.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen)
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX)
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and control
