Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure production schedules and targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians, fostering a productive and skilled workforce.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards and reduce defects.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies within the assembly area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production planning and engineering teams to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, fixtures, and quality control methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, 5S).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for team interaction, reporting, and documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Formal training or certification in advanced leadership development or conflict resolution
