Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily production operations to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
• Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and manufacturing staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all production processes.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive performance improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills within a production environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Experience with specific ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Experience managing operations in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
