Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Implement and drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination to meet production demands.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage plant budgets, P&L, and capital expenditures.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a history of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering or business field.
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation solutions.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to a diverse workforce or global supply chain.
