Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a specific production team or area.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback.

• Assign tasks and manage workflow to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address employee concerns.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve production goals.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
• Proficiency in scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• - Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• - Bilingual in Spanish
• - Forklift certification
• - Basic understanding of preventative maintenance principles
