Position: RN-Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13-week contract in Alpena, Michigan — earn up to ($2764 - $2910 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.

• Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

• Engage in performance measurement and feedback processes.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Educate patients and families about procedures and care plans.

• Evaluate and implement best practices to improve lab efficiency.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan with a focus on cardiac care.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar clinical setting.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Proven ability to achieve departmental targets and goals.

• Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals effectively.

• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.

• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Experience with performance measurement and feedback processes.
