Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities- Create and manage advertising campaigns across various channels- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance- Manage social media platforms and engage with followers- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness- Collaborate with product management team to ensure marketing materials align with product features and benefits- Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and promotional materials.

- Manage other staff at lab, and ensure everyone performs reponsibilities

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Proven experience in sales or marketing role- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and tools- Knowledge of email marketing best practices- Familiarity with market research techniques and methodologies- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
