Line Operator

Location: Plymouth, MI Shift: 2nd (3pm – 11:30pm) M-F Pay: $17.50/hr

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Line Operator to join our team in Plymouth, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure high-quality plastic components are manufactured, inspected, and packaged to meet customer specifications and delivery standards.

As a Line Operator , your core responsibilities will include:

• Operating injection molding machines: Run equipment efficiently to produce quality parts used in customer products.
• Inspecting and packaging parts: Check finished parts for defects such as shorts or flash, and package them according to customer requirements and specifications.
• Maintaining production quality and output: Ensure production goals are met while following all work instructions, labeling requirements, and quality standards.

In addition, you will also be expected to complete daily production and quality reports, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and support overall production flow.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• 1 year of previous injection molding experience required
  

Skills:

• Attention to detail: Important for identifying defects and ensuring only quality parts are shipped to customers.
• Ability to follow instructions: Essential for safely operating machinery and maintaining consistent production standards.
• Physical stamina and reliability: Needed to work on your feet for extended periods and handle repetitive motion in a fast-paced environment.
