Call Center Rep

Alpha Solutions is a growing annuity/life Insurance marketing company based out of Okemos, Michigan. Alpha experienced its largest sale growth in its 15-year history with sales over $600 Million in annuity and life insurance business in 2021. We are looking to hire the right people right away!! Strong hourly pay with the potential to earn an additional $1,000 every month based on performance. JOB DUTIES: - Outbound Calling - Hold scripted conversations with agents - Maintain records of agents contacted - Obtain updated information from agents - - Live Locally near Lansing Area (In-Office Job) - High School Diploma or equivalent - Must be able to read, write and speak English. - 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service preferred - Basic computer knowledge; MS Word and MS Excel, internet, Strong people skills - Independent decision making and customer service oriented. - Very flexible schedule and hours.
