Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified production processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor key process parameters and performance metrics, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and solve complex production challenges.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with process control systems (DCS, PLC) and data analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, Aspen HYSYS)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for process optimization)
• Proficiency with specific ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Rockwell FactoryTalk)
