Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
• Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality departments to achieve operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and development.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP/MES system implementation or optimization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, Industry 4.0 concepts, or advanced manufacturing processes.
