Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support students in a school-based setting during a maternity leave from September through November . This is a part-time role (34 days/week) working with a collaborative team of educators and therapists to support students' physical development and access to learning.

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (required)

• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to K12 students per IEP mandates

• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
