MIG/TIG Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 03:30pm )

• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate metal components.
• Perform high?quality MIG and TIG welds with accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect and verify the quality and precision of all completed welds.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and cross?functional team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well?organized work area.

MIG/TIG Welder Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of welding experience strongly preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Dependability and reliable transportation.
• A team?oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
