- Monitor inventory levels and oversee ordering and purchasing processes
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
