Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve any discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and audit records monthly
• Handle accounts receivable duties including cash receipt postings, collection calls, and reconciliations
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
• Process month-end close processes including bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies
• record weekly payroll journals

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
