Customer Service & Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Customer Service & Order Support

· Assist walk-in customers at the warehouse with product selection and order assembly

· Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with order questions

· Communicate with customers via ecommerce platforms (primarily Amazon) regarding order issues, delays, or corrections

· Provide clear, professional, and solution-focused customer service at all times

· Process, pack, and ship online orders accurately and within daily time requirements

· Using the computer throughout the day to assist in order fulfillment

· Print shipping labels, schedule shipments, and update order statuses

· Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate, on time fulfillment across all platforms

Warehouse & Inventory Support

· Pull orders for both ecommerce shipments and on road sales representatives

· Assist with routine inventory management and product organization

· Support general warehouse operations and day-to-day tasks as needed

Customer Service & Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

Physical & Technical Requirements

· Ability to lift 50–80 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

· Comfortable performing physically demanding work daily

· Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn internal systems (training provided)

· Ability to work efficiently under time pressure while maintaining quality standards Ideal Candidate Profile

· Self-motivated and proactive — able to identify work and ask for additional tasks when caught up

· Strong attention to detail and time management

· Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude

· Comfortable interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and online
