What You’ll Do

As a server at Brew Works, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations.
- Delivering orders promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tables and dining areas.
- Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Handling payments and balancing transactions accurately.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
- A strong focus on customer service and the ability to handle diverse situations with professionalism.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
