ARE YOU THE EXPERIENCED PAINTING PROFESSIONAL - PAINTER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• 2+ years of verifiable, full-time experience in interior and exterior painting
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Meet OSHA respirator medical requirements
• Provide your own professional quality tools
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of basic types and processes of substrates
• Proficiency in surface preparation, protection of items/areas not being painted (masking and covering), brushing, rolling, and airless spraying
• Knowledge and ability to use safe work methods and personal protective equipment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to set up and maintain a clean worksite
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions
• Ability to bend, twist, climb, and work from various heights in various environments
• Ability to work at any location assigned to you

As an Experienced Painting Professional - Painter, you approach your work with a humble, service-oriented attitude, dedicated to satisfying customers who trust you to beautify their homes and businesses. You prepare surfaces meticulously, scraping and priming to ensure a flawless canvas, then mix and apply paints and finishes that bring their visions to life. Throughout the day, you maintain your painting equipment to achieve the highest quality standards, and as you finish up, you diligently clean the workspace, leaving it tidy and fostering trust in the clients who rely on your expertise.
