Join our 24/7 manufacturing and production team, where you will assist in various departments with shifts including 7a-7p (2.3.2 schedule), 7p-7a (4 days on 4 days off), 5a-5p, and 5p-5a Friday-Sunday (36 hours). These roles involve working on the Laminator, Knitting, Roll Converter, and Extruder lines, focusing on tasks such as core extracting, quality monitoring, product wrapping, and chemical mixing.

Responsibilities

• Assist production on Laminator, Knitting, Roll Converter, and Extruder lines.
• Pay close attention to quality issues and wrap rolls of product.
• Monitor the extrusion process and mix chemicals.
• Utilize a lift assist and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand for long periods and occasionally walk up stairs on a catwalk.
• Pull and push an air bar into cores.
• Communicate with managers, report progress, and explain data or action items.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and maintain punctuality.
• Good attitude and willingness to perform job duties.

• 2 years recent manufacturing experience with the same company is preferred.
• Attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills and analytical ability.

Work Environment
